help with moving to self hosted domain

    I have a domain MsSparkleArkle.com which was linked to a blogger account. I’ve unlinked the masking.

    I have tried downloading wordpress and creating a sql database, but when i try and run mssparklearkle.com/wp-admin/install.php nothing happens = page not found. Is there an easier way?

    Can I convert my exiisting wordpress into a self hosted wordpress without having to start from scratch?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
