Help with MX Records?

  Hi Folks,
  I recently started designing my new business site on WordPress.com and already had the domain name through 1and1.co.uk. I have managed to amend to DNS on 1and1 to point to the WordPress servers now. My problem is I have active email address I still wish to use through 1and1 but do not have a clue how to redirect the MX Records back from WordPress for my emails. I have the mx records from 1and1. and my I.P Address. Can Anyone help please?
