  I purchased a domain recently and I made an initial post, but I am now unable to access the account which I used to create the site. My current account has no record of my purchase history and when I try to reset my password I am not even sent an e-mail. I don’t know what the complication is but I am unable to move forward with useing my WordPress blog.

  I think you might have registered the domain with an incorrect email address.
  Please tell us the website address and your correct email address (only staff will see it) here, staff will be able to find out the email it is attached to and can help with its recovery.
