Help with my Admin

  Hi there
  I am trying to change my nickname and personal details so my admin tab and page reflects the right information but for some reason it is saying my email is already registered and I am unable to make any changes at all.

  Please help me, I have no idea how to fix it or how to check if my email has been linked to a previous wordpress account.
