Help with my DNS

    Store > My Upgrades > DNS Needs to be upgraded

    My web site just stopped working out of the blue one day. I am unsure of how to get this upgrade. I keep getting back to the page saying this needs to be added – – –

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    But when I add it, it does not work. How do I get my site fixed? Please someone help

    For starters you need to renew your domain name jrvfilms.com – it is in Redemption and you will need staff help to renew it – then make sure you renew the domain mapping also if you have not done so
