HELP with my followers counter

  Good morning,

  I need help because I received the red tod with compliments to my blog having reached the number of new 500 followers but the counter always indicate 1846 and not 2346, how does it’s possible????

  And if I go to the page of my followers to discover which they are I have this: https://rossellapompeo.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php it is indicated only me as follower of my blog!

  What does it happens on my blog it’s impossible and horrible to work in this way, to write to you every time so please help me to find if there is someone who do manomission on my blog on my work, PLEASE!!
