Help with my front page?

Hi! I’m currently running my blog and everything was going fine, until I had noticed that my front page had changed to one of the pages in my menu without me realising. I want my front page to be a basic ‘About me’ one, which I had before, but this has now been replaced by a different page from my menu! How do I change it back?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I see that you have set your About me page as the front page of the blog and Life as a Diabetic as your page for posts. I’m assuming that you are okay with that but, if not, then post again.
