  I want to make a page like this?

  how do i make the services like that, and also how do i customize the header on the page, i want to know how to make a page just like that one.

  You’ll need to find a theme that has a template similar to this. I don’t think we have anything exactly like this, but take a look at our Business oriented themes here to find a few that are similar:
