Help with my passoword

long story short, I had a website developer help me make my site a year ago. Everything was fine up until a month ago when my pictures wont show up on the site. I tried using my normal password and it wont let me in. I receive word press emails all the time to my listed email address asking for moderation or explaining that I have received an update on my word press site.
The gentleman who helped me has moved to
South Korea as has still not returned my many emails.I had to make a new word-press site to get on to this forum and ask for help.
any Ideas?

Hi there,
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
