Help with my site

Hi, I’m not sure if anyone can help me at all, but I was hoping for some feedback on my site.
I recently changed my theme and I was hoping to make it look more like an actual website, and less like a blog, if that makes sense? But I need some help in doing so.

Can I attach posts to a home page or am I restricted to only being allowed a blog type infinite scroll? I think having a homepage with my recent posts on looks more professional.
Also, in my reviews section, can I make that an A-Z style format? At the moment when you click on “film reviews” it is again a case of scrolling until you find the one you want.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry but I’m not sure what you’re getting at? But I will attempt to answer your question thusly:
At the moment my site acts like a blog, and the home page contains the latest post, followed by the next post and so on in an infinite scroll style.
Whereas some sites have a homepage which only contains their latest articles and features.
