help with my stupidity

Ok, so first off, I should explain that I know little about online life and terminology and stuff and find it difficult to get it into my brain. I am however trying to get to grips with it.
I have a blog here http://cliveonionpresents.wordpress.com but it is on a seperate domain http://www.cliveonionpresents.co.uk
however I have recently discovered that i cannot load flash based widgets like adding links to social network sites because wordpress hosts my site. I was under the impressing that it was hosted by the site that hosts my site, but I take it that this is wrong. So, how do I make it so that my blog is hosted by http://www.cliveonionpresents.co.uk rather than wordpress.

(2) Upload a free wwordpress.ORG software install http:/wordpress/ORG/
(3) Upload a theme of your choice. http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
