Help with my themes and creating pages

    Hey! So I am updating our website and bought a new theme through Extended themes called highlight pro. I bought the whole version and created my home page and I love it but, As soon as I go to edit my existing pages through my theme customizer it takes a long time to load then says ‘I do not have permission to edit this page.’ and a couple other things. I can edit the pages through wordpress and elementor but not the theme and I need to. I contacted the theme company and they said since I bought the pro version I should not be having any trouble and told me to contact you for help. Hopefully this all makes sense. I really want to edit and get my website done fast. I am an admin on our page so I am not sure what the problem is?

    What is the URL you are having issues with?

    Please keep in mind that this forum is for users that have their sites hosted with WordPress.com. If you are self-hosted (using a different hosting company) then you would be better off heading over to the WordPress.org Support Forums for assistance with the Open Source version of WordPress.
