Help with my WordPress Site – Lost Theme and Work

    Hello,

    I had set up my new domain on the wordpress theme i had purchased over 2 months ago. I had customized the site and everything. I have been away on business for the past month and i cannot find or login into that account. My understanding was that my login information was under the name: GIMAcorp but when i go to reset that password, it states that there is no account under that name.

    I have tried to login into my account under the username it says was attached to my email, M3xtreme, and that has worked but my theme that was being worked on is not there anymore. Yet, it still says that the wordpress.GIMAcorp.com site was present, just not the same one i was working on.

    I had purchased the theme from Vertigo Studio SRL (http://themeisle.com/) and had connected the wordpress theme Zerif Pro successfully and even began working on it. I have the proof in my account history that it was purchased and connected to the wordpress site i was working on.

    Now under the username, M3xtreme, i have logged in and the site GIMAcorp.com is there but under a completely different theme and all of the work is gone. Any ideas where the original site has gone? I had installed the theme and began working on it and now in my wordpress dashboard it is not showing anything. Am I in the wrong place?

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that site is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.

    You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
