Help with new blog on a added page

  I am very new to this… still trying to find my way around this whole thing.
  I have a page on my site specific to my IVF Journey called The IVF Diaries. I’d like to continue the story in my latest update but i can’t seem to figure out how to upload to that page. If i press publish then the update will just go on my home page? people won’t know the context of what i’m talking about unless they go to the IVF Diaries first. How do i continue my story on the same page?
