  Hi,
  I need help with an old account–either to take it down or remove a student’s old post. The challenge is that I changed jobs and the old email I thought would still be viable isn’t working in gaining access to the account I stopped using in 2012. The account recovery procedure (which I tried) won’t work because things like two factor identification, etc. weren’t yet being used in 2012.
