Help With Page Navigation

I’m really struggling with formatting/arranging some tabs on my dog rescue’s website.

I want the ‘ADOPT’ tab to just automatically re-reroute to the ‘Available Huskies & Malamute’ child page instead of displaying it’s own page. I want to do this with all the main parent tabs, but I can’t figure out how. Can you tell me how?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
