Help with password login

  I’ve been trying to allow a second party to access my website to upload a new template and they cannot because no matter what password I put in it won’t let me log in or them. The only way I can log in is with my Google account linked. I’m sure it’s something I’m doing wrong but could you help me so I can have this company upload this template please. Or point me in the right direction for the answer.
