help with password protected blog

I have my blog password protected for people to see the photos I post. My password for my readers has an “&” in the middle of it. But with this new publishing format, it is changing my password to “&” and people cannot see what I am posting. It is doing it for every post I’ve ever written on Monkeytales and Monkeytales365. Is there a way to fix it, please?

ok, it edited my reply above it is adding & in the middle of it which isn’t what I am typing as the password.

it keeps editing it it is changing the symbol & to & a m p ; all smooshed together in the middle of it, make sense?
