help with password to correct wordpress

  Please help me, I have an old wordpdress site I want to update and I do not know how nor do I remember the administration password.

  Pecos and fabe is just something I made up. Can I change that to fabianwriter.com?

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using fabianwriter.com/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  Then, if you need more help, head to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference between our services and your installation of WordPress with another host:
