Help with paying people who pick correct outcome

  Hey I was wondering if you could help me with a certain feature I would like on my website? Basically, I want to present a question on who the user to the site thinks will win a sporting event, and if correct, I will pay them $0.01.

  For example, the question for a day would be will ‘Team 1’ or ‘Team 2’ win the game tonight? Then the user would select one of the two options, and if they chose correctly, once the game ends, I will credit a penny to their account.

  Do you know how I would do this or which plugin would allow me to do this?

  That is not functionality that WordPress.com offers, I’m afraid.
