Help with Photos appearing in Mobile App/Mobile Website

I am having a hard time seeing my edits translate over to the mobile reflection of my site. Basically it displays the header photo on all my pages (Subscribe and Contact Me) instead of the actual photo i want displayed for the particular page – it seems to be doing that on the mobile site, yet the desktop displays the header photo AND the photo ive uploaded for the page. Any time I seem to add a photo or randomize header photos it doesn’t reflect on the mobile. In fact nothing shows on the mobile and that’s all I care about is the way my mobile presentation looks. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
