Help with ‘Photos’ WordPress Theme

    Hi,

    I’m trying to use the free ‘Photos’ WordPress theme by Automattic: https://wordpress.com/theme/photos?tab_filter=art-design&tier_filter=free and I’m not sure how to get this grid gallery view of posts working.

    Is there anyone with experience using this theme who might be able to help? I’ve been tinkering around to see if it’s from a widget to display posts or something, but all that seems to show is post titles, not feature images.

    This is the excerpt from the theme page about the Featured Images grid:

    Featured Images
    Photos uses Featured Images to create a three-column grid on the blog, archives, and search results pages. By default, the Content Options are set to automatically use the first image in a post as a fallback on posts that don’t have a featured image. Posts without any images will be displayed as a block of solid color in the grid.

    Hmm, I don’t know if I’ll get any help for this as I’m using WordPress on my own web host, and I installed the theme onto my site manually. Still, if anyone’s feeling generous with some knowledge I’d appreciate it.
