Help with Plugins

  I have the Intergalactic theme with my own URL.
  I have just paid to upgrade to the Premium plan so that I can access plugins.
  The plugins options is not there. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?

  Hi @shift180shift180,

  On WordPress.com, we include the most popular plugin functionality within our sites automatically. As a result, WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.

  What @daschultemn said and what is written in the Support doc is correct. No upgrade here will change that (other than the Enterprise or VIP tiers, which cost hundreds/thousands of dollars a month).

  If you wish to initiate a refund, you can request one through your “My Upgrades” page. Read this first. https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Also, if you want to keep your Custom Domain, whether here on WordPress.com or someplace else, do not cancel it as there is no guarantee that you will be able to recover it if cancelled.

  If you are having difficulties with the refund process, please add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of this forum thread’s sidebar for Staff assistance.
