Help with pointing custom domain to tumblr

  I would like to have my custom wordpress domain point to my new tumblr blog.

  Tumblr states that I do not need to change my name servers to do this, but rather update my A record or CNAME record.

  I can’t see how to do this in wordpress (the only instructions I can find refer to changing name servers).

  Any help would be much appreciated!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
