HELP with Pop Ups

  Hello my website seems to be a bit unresponsive with the simple pop up I am trying to load. The pop up is working, but I am editing it to add a link so it makes the photo clickable and this edit isn’t working, connection just keeps getting lost and no updating. I’ve cleared my browser and restarted my computer, nothing is helping.
