Help with portfolio page template in Illustratr
-
Hi,
I’ve installed Illustratr theme and implemented the portfolio template page as my homepage but I’m wondering if there is a way to change this template to:
a) arrange/randomize the order of the display of the projects
b) add a title over the image instead of the plus sign that appears in the red box on hover-over of the cursor
For reference my website I’m using this on is http://www.lovewhiterabbit.co.uk
Thanks in advance.

Hi Florie,
add a title over the image instead of the plus sign that appears in the red box on hover-over of the cursor
You could likely do that with a child theme and some custom programming. It’s outside the scope of what we can offer as the theme makers, but you can hire someone if you’d like. We recommend UpWork.com.
As for the order of the images, that’s just dependent on when you publish each project. You can change their dates if needed.

I wasn’t sure if there was some code I could just enter into the portfolio template but I will look into this, thank you

Ohh that makes sense! Of course!
