Help with post links

Hey guys
Well, I’ve had a look in the Settings > Reading place and every other knoock and cranny. But I can’t seem to find a button or magic wand to help me with my problem.
My blog homepage shows all of my latest posts, in full texts, and I put it to show as “Summary”, but it didn’t do anything. So I just want to know, how do I make sure that the blog shows just the first two paragraphs of a post, and when you click it – it shows the full post. A lot of other blogs I go on, can do this.
I want some help with this because my stats is pretty high, but I only see 1 or 2 clicks for my articles: so I don’t know what people want me to concentrate on.

You could use the “more tag” to split the posts
http://support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/If you wanted to change themes, a few automatically show an excerpt that you can write yourself:
