Help with prev and next pages in static pages

  Hey, so i’m new in the wordpress world, and i’m having a trouble like this: This page http://2yoonbr.wordpress.com/galeria/lives-backstage/ has 4 groups of galeries, but IMO it’s too much data on just one page, and i wanted do divide this galeries into subpages, with the links in the bottom like 1,2,3 etc… (ex: http://4youbrazil.com/home/?page_id=3835&nggpage=2) but i cant find how to do it. So, can anyone help me? thanks
