I have submitted a help ticket that was sent to Prospress’ support on Monday. I was supposed to receive a response within 24 hours.
I have not heard anything.

I see you chatted with one of our Happiness Engineers and they sent an email earlier today. Did you receive their reply? If not, please check your spam folder in case the email went there.
