Help with putting Comments on page

  Hi,
  I am setting up a blog and would like to allow people to put comments at the bottom of the a page but I can’t fine the right block to put at the bottom of the page. Please, can you inform me where I can fine the right block?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The comments featured isn’t added with a block. See the Enable and Disable Comments for Published Posts and Pages and Enable and Disable Comments for Future Posts support pages.
