Help with quote backround's box frame

  Have a problem quoting a paragraph of text on my website to look exactly like the way the huffingtonpost website does it, below :

  The quote’s backround is gray, and it has a frame box with even padding from all directions (up, down, left, right). I have googled trying to find the HTML / CSS code but have been unable to find it, am stressing myself out and cannot for the life of me figure it out. Does anybody know how I would achieve this ? For a person who doesn’t know coding (headway theme user here). If it involves plugging in the text, the padding number, etc, simple stuff i can do it. But if it’s complex coding like HTML / CSS then i have no idea how to do it.

  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
