help with reader subscriber

    can you help me to import wordpress.com reader subscribers to my new platform wordpress.org?
    Hi, I have just bought a new platform wordpress.org and moved my blog by redirecting it from peekabootravelbaby.com to peekabootravelbaby.it but I lost my reader subscribers (the ones who clicked on follow).

    I already managed to get the email followers but what about the others? can you help me?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
