Help with recovering a site

  Hello, I am trying to transfer my website to free hosting and a free domain. I messed up and accidentally deleted my domain and hosting before transferring it. Luckily, I was able to recover my site files and have downloaded them to my computer. Now, I’m having trouble setting up a free domain and transferring those files to that domain. Can someone help with this?

  Your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host.
  WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
