Help with refund

I apologize for making a forum post for this issue, but since I cancelled my paid subscription, the AI assistant won’t transfer me to a person and this is my only means of contacting support.

I paid for a year-long personal subscription and a domain transfer. I started the domain transfer, but something went wrong and the domain transfer was cancelled on 1/8/26. (It said it wasn’t confirmed in time; I got the domain through Square, and never got an email to confirm the transfer)

With the unsuccessful domain transfer and my dislike of the WordPress interface, I ended up cancelling my subscription the following day rather than try and troubleshoot. I unfortunately think this put me just outside the 14 day refund window as I signed up on 12/24/26. I didn’t see any refund option available.

I understand if I can’t get a full refund, since I’m beyond the refund window, but is it at least possible to at least get a partial refund since I paid for a full year and used less than a month?

If there’s a better way to get in touch, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    WordPress.com doesn’t give partials refunds.

WordPress.com annual, two-year, and three-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that refunds are not prorated. If you purchased a 12-month plan and canceled it after nine months, you would not receive a refund for the remaining three months. You would receive a full refund within the refund period, or no refund outside the refund period – https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
