  Hello
  I refunded my buis plan but I can’t see anywhere my refund history payment. When Worpress is paying me back? and How much? and to which bank account are you sending back?

  Hello there, as long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade, once you have canceled the upgrade, you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Thanks for answer, I knew this but there is no any billing history of refund in that page. Now my plan is changed to Free but no refund actions in Billing history.

  It appears a refund wasn’t triggered when you cancelled the Business plan for bazarx.se. I’ve just refunded the full plan cost to you and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  A refund has been issued back to the card you used to make the purchase. The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
