Help with Refund

I want to request a refund for the Personal Bundle, but it looks like I was only refunded $9.88 (not exactly sure what that was for) and I wasn’t refunded for the domain registration.
Under ‘Purchases’ it just says ‘Looking to upgrade?’.
I don’t see anywhere else to go to request a refund for the domain registration.

This article explains how all WordPress refunds work. I am not a Staff member so I don’t have access to your account to see, but according to the page:
If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
Did you register a new domain through the account? For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

I’ve issued a refund for the remainder of your plan cost and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
I want to request a refund for the Personal Bundle
Your account shows you upgraded from Personal to Premium but you have now been refunded in full.
