Help with Refund

    Hi WordPress,

    I cancelled my plan a couple days ago and haven’t received my refund yet. Please advise.

    It can take 7 to 10 business days. This thread has been tagged to ask if a member of staff could check your account.

    Howdy –

    Thanks for getting in touch. At this point I think the best option is to check in with your bank directly. They will advise on their individual processing times and when they’ll release the money in to your account.

    As mentioned, it typically takes about 10 days for the money to reach you. There are cases though where it can take 1-2 billing cycles.

    What I can confirm is that we refunded $60.00 on June 26th 2019.
