Help with removing widgets

  Hi everyone,
  I’m having issues with my blog today and wanted to know if anyone else is experienceing this.
  I played around with the widgets a little, added a text widget and also a vslider widget and then decided to remove it.
  But after removing it it still shows up even after I cleared my cache…
  Can anyone take a look and help me with this?
