Help with responsive header

  Hi, I’ve been having trouble trying to get the header of my site to be responsive and fall into place in a mobile version. Can someone please help me or tell me how I can fix this? I’ve been trying things through trial and error but can’t seem to get them to get in place in the mobile version. Thank you.
