Help with robots.txt, /about and sitemap warnings

    Hello!

    Google Search Console is showing me 11 warnings in sitemap, 1 warning in robots.txt tester section and 1 error for the /about section.

    1. Sitemap lists: ‘Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt. as the under the issue.’ Whereas robots.txt shows a warning to the crawling delay of 3600. Below is the robots.txt for reference.

Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Disallow: /wp-login.php
Disallow: /activate/ # har har
Disallow: /cgi-bin/ # MT refugees
Disallow: /mshots/v1/
Disallow: /next/
Disallow: /public.api/

User-agent: IRLbot
Crawl-delay: 3600

    2. For /about section, the error shown is: ‘Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.’

    Would really appreciate if someone can explain the issues and tips to solve them.
