help with RSS feed

  1st of all- what in the hell is an RSS feed? 2nd- how do i know if i have one? is it a web address or what? i’m not stupid, i swear, i just don’t know what that is. or how to get one. and what the address is if i have one!!! please help this RSS newbie!
