Help with school site

  I am trying to log into my personal website I used during my senior year for professional use.

  I can log in through my school portal, however when i get through that it then requires me to log in again to wordpress which it never used to. None of my personal emails work and when I try to recover my password through my school email and my username that i can see ON the website, it says password recovery is not allowed for this username.

  This is immensely frustrating and I would greatly appreciate any help possible.
