Help with setting up my on email.

    Hi there.

    I am new to WordPress and ZOHO and trying to edit my DNS on wordpress.com to connect domain with my private email

    I will provide you with the information and hope for someone to help me place it in the right box.

    On ZOHO, I have been provided with the following

    Name / Host / Alias / CNAME – zb1397331
    Value / Points To / Destination – zmverify.zoho.com

    and when I go to Domain management, Edit DNS, I see the following.

    Add New DNS Record

    There are different types, so i choose CNAME.

    Then there is a empty box that has example.maadengineering.com and in front of it it says points to eg.mydomain.com

    Please help tell me what goes where on this occasion.

    ZOOLA instructs the following but I don’t understand it.

    The DNS editor of WordPress is a plain blank editor. You enter the DNS record type, the code and the respective values separated by space.
    Enter CNAME and add a space.
    Provide the zb****** code followed by a space and then zmverify.zoho.com.
    Example: zb12345678 zmverify.zoho.com

    I hope I understand this right. Try it and report back. Type the following.
    CNAME – zb1397331 zmverify.zoho.com If that doesn’t work, try the info you posted as well. Someone else will need to help you if neither of these work.
