We don’t provide phone support on WordPress.com, so there’s no number we can provide you. Also please don’t post personal information like your phone number here in the public forums.
Of which upgrade are you speaking?
I can see you bought a premium plan, a domain, and a G Suite email subscription from us in November 2018, but those upgrades all expired and the plan and email subscription were removed in November 2020. If you want a new plan, go to My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans, and you can add one from there.
The domain, opsclassof1970.com, was removed in January 2021 when it reached the end of the redemption period, so we no longer have any control over that domain.
That domain was registered at GoDaddy.com yesterday. If it was you who registered it there, you can reconnect it to your WordPress.com site using the domain mapping feature included in all our paid plans:

If that wasn’t you, it means someone else now owns that domain, and you will no longer be able to use it.
