  How can I republish the old site that I had?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  What is the URL of the old site you want to republish? I take it you are not referring http://www.bgcfranklinsimpson.org, as that is a new site connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin. Let us know, and we’d be happy to point you in the right direction for support.
