Help with site downgrade.

    Hi, Yesterday I upgraded my WordPress site for the Premium option and it was not what I was looking for so I want to go back to my original Personal plan. When I look at my site, I’ve been completely downgraded to the free option but I paid for a year of the Personal plan. Can you please reinstate my Personal plan?

    Hi,

    So both of your payments (the Personal plan and the upgrade price to the Premium plan) were refunded. Hence why you ended up on the free plan again. If that wasn’t what you were trying to do, not to worry! It’s an easy fix. You’ll just need to repurchase the Personal plan again.
