Help with site Nav and Posting PDFs

Hello I am using Hemingway (free) and need help adjusting my site nav on the home page, and posting PDFs to a new page. Pretty basic questions (I took a WordPress class a while ago and know just enough to be dangerous). Thank you!

It’s marked as private currently and volunteers like me do not have access to seeing such sites. If you want a WordPress.com staff to have a look at this site and help you on the site navigation issue, please add “modlook” tag to this thread.
As for posting PDFs to your site, you can use the post/page editor and click on the “Add > Media” button available there. Upload the .pdf file and you can use it on any page or post you would like to use.

Thanks so much. I made it private while I was intending to do some work on it so I can get started blogging more regularly. I have reopened it to public. I have home/about/capabilities/contact in the nav and would like to add a Portfolio page with examples of brochures and other work I have done but can’t figure out how to add it to the Nav. I really appreciate your help!
