Help with site not on my account – keep getting notifications
-
In the subject line, the site is ‘Psychologist | Collaborative Divorce | Coach and Child Specialist | Schaumburg, Illinois,’. The site is owned by Lisa Irgang and the domain is https://rscil.com/. I keep getting notifications to moderate comments. I managed this website before the owner migrated to WordPress.Com hosting and did not remove me from the notifications. I cannot log into the website and I think I might be the superadmin in PHPMyAdmin. The site owner left my services disgruntled and won’t respond to me. Can you remove (email visible only to moderators and staff) from this site totally? I don’t want to get the notifications any longer.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I understand that you are receiving notifications for a site you’re no longer involved with, and it can certainly be inconvenient.
Please note that only the site owner has the authority to remove and manage users. Therefore, to resolve this issue, I kindly suggest reaching out to the site owner and requesting they remove you from their site.
Hope that helps!

I maintained a WordPress site on my personal hosting account. The site owner migrated her site to WordPress.Com. She will not respond to me, perhaps does not know how to get me removed. I must be listed in PHP.MyAdmin in the Options table as the site admin. I do not have a login to the site. I tried resetting password but the site does not recognize me.
I continually receive emails due to spammy comment submissions. This is annoying and is an invasion of my privacy.
WordPress.Com has no support to reach out to. While I have other WordPress.Com accounts associated with my email for other sites, WooCommerce, etc, this site is not related to me through WordPress.Com so I cannot get WordPress.Com support to go into another’s PHPMyAdmin and remove my personal email address.
Is this an issue for the courts?

Hi there,
I see that you asked this question a few weeks ago, so I have merged your new post into this one. As noted above there is nothing staff can do to turn off these notifications you are getting. Another option may be to block these messages through your email provider, so you may wish to contact them for help in setting up a filter for your inbox.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
