help with site – on a premium plan

  I need help activating a theme. I have a premium paid plan, and every time I try to activate the theme I get an error and the chat won’t connect me with a human and keeps telling me to ask here. getting annoyed. I keep trying to activate Lexionic and it says it’s available on the plan, but then “can’t activate theme. contact support – and then I can’t get support!

  The ‘can’t activate theme’ error on a Premium plan usually indicates a server-side timeout or a ‘stuck’ installation record for the Lexionic theme.
