Help with Site Purchase

    Hi, I purchased the yearly plan on the wrong site. I wanted to purchase it on the Think With Saurav site, however I ended up purchasing the plan on rawal2015 which isn’t even a site I created.
    Can I transfer my plan to Think With Saurav site? Thank you

    Hi there,

    I can confirm you have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. Because a refund has already been processed I am not able to move the plan to a different site (since it has been cancelled) but if you wish to upgade again I can confirm that the upgrade you have in the cart here is for the correct site: https://wordpress.com/checkout/thinkwithsaurav.wordpress.com

    If you proceed with checkout it will add the Premium Plan to thinkwithsaurav.wordpress.com and give you the option to change the site URL to thinkwithsaurav.org
